Specified Cuts Instruction Sheet

The final total cost of your order will depend on the hanging weight of your cow. For an estimate of the cost, a quarter cow generally weighs about 110 lbs. at $7/lb = $770, a whole cow would then be $3,080.  The final amount will be determined after your cow has been initially processed and weighed and we'lll be giving you that hanging weight.
