Specified Cuts Instruction Sheet

The final total cost of your order will depend on the hanging weight of your cow. For an estimate of the cost, a quarter cow generally weighs about 100 lbs. at $7/lb = $700. The final amount will be determined after your cow has been initially processed and weighed. See FAQ below Package Orders on How to Order Page for more information on how price is calculated and beef processed.

    Any cut not wanted will be made into ground beef.
